Wrapping and laminating all kinds of color PVC film on the white uPVC/PVC profiles, aluminum profiles, MDF profiles etc.
Multi-functional Wrapping Machine can wrap the workpiece with varied decorative material by using the basic principle that the pressing wheels press the points of the section profile one by one. This machine is equipped with scraping glue type cold glue roller gluer system and also can be equipped with rolling glue type cold glue roller gluer system according to the requirement of customers.
It is used for coating natural wood, MDF, aluminum alloy, plastic-steel, wood-plastic material and so on with PVC film, decorative paper, etc. You can adjust the position of the decorative film automatically by the correct equipment when the machine is running, so that the waster rate is greatly decreased and the production efficiency is improved.
This machine is collocated with high standard and also can be equipped with cutting device, spraying device, etc in addition according to the requirements of customers.
